Hey guys my name is Ciara I am a George Fox University Student and I have a room to be filled! I am looking for one new roommate from August 1st until May 15th. This place has electricity, water, parking, kitchen, living room, bathroom, televsion set, laundry, fridge and it's completley furnished but there is no AC. However, there are plenty of fans that make the place feel cool during the summer and fall season. The price is $750 a month and for a secuirty deposit it would be around $500 but it's completley refundable. Additionally, there is a price for utilities and these are around ($50-$100) depending on how much water and elcirtcity is used it either is on lower end of the scale or higher. There is a no smoaking rule and no pets. You will have to provide refences just so I can make sure that you are a reliable tenant.
