PLEASE READ Looking for a roommate to take over a large bedroom upstairs. Myself and my other roommate Nick are currently living at the place - I also have a very sweet and well behaved dog! The home is a 2 min walk to safeway and patterson park, with plenty of parking space available around the area. The master bedroom is on the second floor and approx 200-250 square feet (quite large) and has its own full private bath. Please note, room is not furnished. There is a spacious living room, large kitchen and nice back patio area. Nick and I are both two young professionals who will typically keep it low key. We keep the shared living areas neat and are always respectful to one another.
