This house is really cute! Each room gets lots of sunshine and the front porch is adorable! It is steps from campus with high ceilings throughout, windows galore, and tons of storage space. It also has unique, vintage molding adding even more character and charm. The house is convenient to school, restaurants, and shopping in an area that is super friendly for walking and biking. There is another unit upstairs with two private entrances (for fire safety) along with a shared washer and dryer in the sunny common area. The back bedroom (not pictured) has a large window and a full private bath. The front and back bedrooms each have huge, walk-in closets and are carpeted. The third bedroom can also be used as a dining room. It has a neat lighting fixture, french doors, and a hardwood floor.
