You will be responsible for one-third of the gas, water, electric and internet charges for the house (the english basement is not separately metered). The house is energy efficient with all LED lightbulbs, Nest thermostat and efficient appliances. Very walkable northeast location 2 blocks up from the brand new Whole Foods opening in about a month, and a ~10 minute walk to tons of bars and restaurants on H street, as well as Union Market. Bus stops for 90/92 and D4/D8 within one block of the house. For metro access, NoMa is a 15 minute walk, 20 minutes to Union Station--or take the free streetcar!
