Inside has mostly new drywall but some needs to be replaced. Needs paint, flooring, starving to have the kitchen cabinets and replaced. Basically all the building and remodeling is complete but needs the finishing to call it done. It is livable. Septic/well w/ pump everything all good and working. 2nd home on property - extremely old log home - the logs were aged years before being enclosed in the new construction. have building demoed and sell off reclaimed logs and wood for thousands but never got around to it.
