Home built in 2017 with a spacious open living room and kitchen. Three bedrooms upstairs with 2.5 bathrooms in a secured community in Kill Devil Hills in Colington Harbour. We are looking for a year-round tenant that will treat the place well. We want a tenant that is conscientious and appreciates living in a terrific community. The Colington Harbour Association offers a public swimming beach and the tenant is responsible for registering with the association and paying the nominal annual fee. There is an option for the pool as well as part of the association. We take care of water, all septic maintenance, and internet service. The tenant is responsible for electric. We are looking for non-smokers, non-vapors, and a dependable and responsible tenant who will occupy the rental when it is available. We plan to add a room downstairs as part of a renovation at some point this year. Owner will pay for water, HOA fees, and maintain the septic. However, renter is responsible for electric.
