This is a nice, classy unit in an older building with 3 other apartments. This unit is on the second floor and is accessed through an interior staircase. The kitchen is small with an apartment sized stove. There is no seating room in the kitchen. Bath is pretty much normal sized and has a tub/shower combination. There is more than a normal amount of storage. The unit is probably around 650 square feet. There is a coin operated laundry in the basement of the building next door. There is parking in the rear for one vehicle. Two cars might be a problem. Some pets are allowed with some restrictions. One approved pet increases the rent by $25, two would raise it by $40. More than two pets are not allowed. All cats are OK. Dogs will need to be at least one year old & less than 35 lbs. Some historically aggressive breeds of dogs such are not allowed such as Pit Bulls, American Bull Terriers, Rottweilers and Dobermans. In all cases, dogs are not allowed to be tied out in the yard. Ever. If they are outside, it is while they are on a leash with the owner in tow. Poo will be immediately picked up and disposed of properly. In all cases, with all pets, complaints from the neighbors will result in one warning. At the second complaint, we will initiate eviction. We also require a veterinarian's health certificate for all dogs, a recent picture of each PRIOR to lease signing and your dog(s) will be brought in with you the day of lease execution. In this unit, the tenant pays electricity (probably around $75) and of the house water bill (probably around $40). Electric service will need to be in the tenant's name. We also require tenants to carry Renter's insurance listing McRentals as an interested party. You can get this insurance from your auto insurance agent or our Allstate office would be glad to give you a quote. This unit will be available for occupancy Immediately. In some cases, with the payment of the deposit, we will hold an empty unit for up to two weeks before we must start collecting rent. If you need a rental unit later than that, this one will not be available. I hope. We don't generally know about an upcoming availability more than 30 days in advance.
