You would be living with 3 other girls and the unit is two stories, the available room is on the second floor with a shared bathroom with two housemates. The house has heating & AC and an in-unit washer and dryer. There are 9 parking spots for the two houses on the shared property. The rent is $1,000 per month, not including WiFi or utilities which is split between the 4 tenants.
