It is on 31st Street in a Tri-Plex building with only 2 other Apartments between Madison and Monroe on a small dead-end Street there are only 8 other Houses on the whole street, very secluded and very quiet. There is a great view of the City from the property. You can see a good portion of the Ogden from my property. Utilities are Included along with free Internet (Wi-Fi) We do supply a Free Washer and Dryer to use in the Apartment. I also have a lockable one car garage available for storage for an extra fee. Tenant just pays the Power only. Usually about $35 One of the ways I can keep the rent this low is you must be willing and able to take care of the yard maintenance. This includes mowing the yard twice a month and removing the snow from the driveway. I do supply a mower and snowblower. Anyone applying for the apartment must be a Non-Smoker. This includes E. Cigs. Apartment Complex and Property are kept Smoke Free! Any type of Tobacco products or Vaping is prohibited. Sorry but if you smoke anything you will not be allowed to apply for the Apartment. We keep all of our Apartments quiet and safe and the rents this low because we care about who we rent to, just like you should care who your neighbors will be. We run a background check on all tenants for credit and criminal history so there is a $40 application fee. Deposit starts at $900 No Pets are allowed. Apartment will be available April 1st.
