Renter's insurance is required prior to receiving keys. World Property Management LLC (WPM) must be listed as "ADDITIONAL INSURED" not additional interest. -If approved, proof of WE Energies activated in your name AND proof of insurance with WPM listed as "ADDITIONAL INSURED" will be required prior to receiving keys. -A person whose application is denied may not reapply for 90 days -3 to 4 business days to process applications.
