Downtown Denver is about 30 min to the South and the 1st bank center is only 5 minutes away and features lots of concerts and sporting events. The home itself has a wonderful back yard with covered patio space with plenty of space for dogs to run around or for kids to play. There is also a charcoal grill for bbqs Inside the main level of the house is covered with hardwood floors and includes 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The kitchen has all brand new appliances, new tile floors and granite counters as well as brand new cabinets. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with a large table and seating for 8. The living room has a 40 inch flat screen TV. Downstairs the finished basement includes a large family room with a 40 inch smart TV as well as a laundry room and another full bathroom and 3 more bedrooms. The driveway has space for a car., there is a one car attached garage and plenty of street parking is also available for free.
