The Shelbourne community is really private, it has a community pool too. The patio has the view of unobstructed view of the creek. We are looking for someone to move in June 1st. Kitchen has granite counters, all stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, Washer and Dryer are included in the upstairs level. the garage has custom cabinets on each side. Utilities are not included. We are looking for a one year lease but will consider a lease until March/April 2018.
