The bathroom is newly renovated and well and a brand new water treatment system for the whole house and the kitchen faucet. The house is decent for what it is. The house in the upcoming months is getting a new ac unit installed as well as lawn work and interior upgrades. The tenants will pay for their own utilities and any damage caused by them. Any repairs or maintenance that needs done will be by me the owner. The tenants can choose to refill water treatment on their own or have the owner do it but the tenants will be liable to buy the salt and chlorine. Sub-leasing will not be allowed on the property. The tenants will set the lease term and if they want to break the lease before the term date they must send a 30 day notice and pay rent for the month they are in if they haven't already.
