Authorize the landlord to obtain a tenant screening report. Please note that the landlord does not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports, also known as portable screening reports.
Provide a copy of a valid photo ID (Passport, State-issued driver's license, or State-issued ID cards are acceptable forms)
Be able to verify a favorable residence history for at least the prior 24 months
Provide correct phone numbers for current and previous landlord(s)
Provide eviction history (if applicable)
and sign a 12-month lease.
