This property is on a well. If you're not familiar with well water, it's important to familiarize yourself. This well water is run through an ultraviolet disinfection filtering system. Well water will become discolored in the spring. This is normal. Water in the faucet is safe to drink, however we prefer the 10 gallon water dispenser that may be refilled via the freshwater spring in Ferncliff, a few miles up the road. There are extra water containers for convenience. There is parking for 2 vehicles with plenty of space to turn around.
