All mattresses are relatively new. 3/4 bath off of bedroom. Tenant access: Tenant(s) have access to the entire private cabin, including two separate private entrances. High-speed Internet service (Centurylink) is included. Electricity (Xcel Energy) is tenant's expense. Trash and recycling services are tenant's responsibility (nearby drop-offs at Allenspark and Lyons). Nearby laundry is available at Ferncliff or Lyons. All property details and expectations will be reviewed in-person prior to occupancy.
