Foundation is shot, old crusty crawlspace w weird fungus. No air returns in the entire upstairs from prior owner “remodel” no access to under the downstairs bathroom due to poor construction from same prior owner adding on to old structure. Neighbors on the north can see right through the bathroom and kitchen window because we are so close together and their deck is higher than my window. I have to keep the blinds closed all the time. Very little natural light.
