Designer: Owner/architect Ken Anderson Our design concept is Modern Prairie + Quiet Luxury + Biophilic Modern Prairie: Inspired by the flat lines of the Midwest landscape, this design seeks to modernize and simplify buildings, making them more suited and appropriate for modern American living. The focus is on functional, open layouts and craftsmanship over the lavish adornments of the European era. Quiet Luxury: So many recent, trendy aesthetics are loud and impactful—patterns are bolder, colors are brighter, and columns are taller. In fact, a lot of the latest viral trends, including grandmillennial, maximalism, and even Barbiecore, are beloved because they make such a statement. But if your preferred look leans more minimalist or understated, it might feel tricky to keep up with these looks. Luckily, there’s a new aesthetic on the rise and it’s the exact opposite of loud—some designers say it’s not even a true trend—and it's called Quiet Luxury.
