The outgoing housemate is the one who made the most use of the common spaces (kitchen, living room, backyard) so whoever joins in will have that opportunity/privilege to make it their own. It's a beautiful, spacious home and wonderful neighborhood. You will be a great fit if you feel home should be a drama free place to relax and recharge. Our ideal housemate is easy to get along with, courteous of others, values cleanliness, and looking to stay 6 months or longer.
