The Schools are HIGHLY sought-after for the IB program. The weather is as if you are tucked away in a little "protected" enclave. Snow of more than 6" just doesn't happen. It's not as cold, not as windy... that's why Chief Niwot used to take his people here to winter. Sure, the housing values may not have dropped as much here as elsewhere. But then... There's a real reason for that.
