SAFETY
Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher are provided. There is a custom-built black steel safety gate available for installation around the wood burner. The house is less than a mile from the new Brewster Fire Department and Brewster Police Station.
SCHOOL DISTRICT
The house is in the Fairless Local School District. The district built a new elementary school and middle school in 2007 and a new high school in 2023. The elementary school features the Pam S. Belloni Public Library, which is open to the public.
THE TOWN
Brewster is a small village situated in the southwest corner of Stark County. The village boasts a low crime rate and a strong community environment, including concerts in the park and a fireman's festival. Brewster is located about 10 minutes from Massillon and 20 minutes from Canton.
