Looking for someone to go month to month and will give them notice of 30-45 days before we need the home back. I'm good with communication and responsive as a land lord. Again we are going month to month so you are not bound to a lease either and will be given plenty of notice. A background check and Proof of Employment will be required despite no security deposit.
