SSI, disability, child support, GI Bill) Qualifications: -All information listed on the rental application must be verifiable. Any information which CANNOT be verified may be grounds for denial. -Combined net income must be 2.5X the monthly rent. -Credit will be based on the consumer's credit report. Applicant(s) FICO score must be 700 or higher. Conditional approval may be available for FICO scores between 550-699. Scores under 550 will be automatically denied. -The last 2 landlord references are required for approval. Their contact information must be provided. -12 months of consecutive employment history. If current employer is less than 12 months, the previous 12 months of employment verification will be required. -Evictions, judgments & unpaid rent balances will lead to an automatic denial. -A criminal background check will be processed for each applicant. Any applicant that poses a threat to themselves, other(s) or the property will be denied. Please note: Application processing takes 24 48 hours, however it can take longer depending on our ability to verify necessary information with third parties. The status of your application will be given to you no later than 7 business days after the complete application was received. Applications are processed Monday Friday.
