The breaker box sparks when you turn on the very bottom breaker.. the light fixture in the bathroom needs to be replaced and is the source of the sparking breaker. There is issues with the plumbing that need to be addressed. breaker. Shut off for the hot water that runs to the washer needs replaced. When you turn it on it drips on the electric box directly underneath it that is not housed inside the wall. The bathtub needs replacing. Also it need serious cosmetics inside the home as well.
