To ensure a good fit, a six-month trial lease will be used. If things work out for a longer stay, the lease can happily be extended to a year, and then continue from there. So the search is on for someone who embraces a minimalist approach a person whose primary activities, like eating, sleeping, and personal hygiene, will comfortably take place within their own space. You'll need to bring your own induction hot plate, fridge, and furniture. All existing furniture presently there will be cleared out before you move in. Just a heads-up: storage is extremely limited, so this isn't the place for a lot of extra belongings! Things need to be kept simple and clutter-free here. You'll enter and exit through the carport side of the unit. So, the needs have been shared; now it's really up to you to decide if this feels like a good match. The best way to figure that out is to come see the place! Both your needs and ours can be discussed in person, and a decision can be made from there. Words are helpful, but seeing the reality makes all the difference! As an added bonus, there's gardening space out back if you enjoy that, and direct access to 13 miles of the Alameda trail for walking and biking. The views of the hills are absolutely incredible it feels very blessed to live here and would love to share that blessing! The aim is to enhance your carefree living, not restrict it. So, let's definitely chat this through. Rent is $1700 a month. In the spirit of shared responsibility, you'll fix what you break, and repair costs will be split three ways, as outlined in the contract. Please reach out to schedule a meet and greet!
