House was super insulated in the attic and exterior walls. kitchen an bath were updated in 1997. new roof in 2001, furnace in 2002. All windows were replaced with energy star double hung windows. Update: bathroom is currently being redone. 60 year old cast iron tub lost it's glazing so I removed it. And will install new floor before I install a new tub and surround along with a new vanity. Some doors will be replaced. 5/21/10 Neighborhood Description Neighbors on either side are friendly. Across the street is Grove place Cemetary which has several walkways and peaceful settings.
