There is a sunroom at the entry of the house and a patio to enjoy some outdoor time. It is located in a safe neighborhood, right of Baseline therefore parking is on the rear alley and traffic can be heavy during rush hour. However, the inconvenience is only getting in or out of the house and the noise is isolated by the thick walls in the house. The house was built in 1920 :)! The charm at this house is the location and the uniqueness of it. Many beautiful travelers and great families including mine have shared their magic here. Great place for a small family in moving transition from out of State... Owner pays rental insurance. Renter is responsible for gas/electric, water/sewer/trash bill and choice of cable/internet.
