You should be able to apply on the click application. This application will cover background, credit, and employment verification. Lease Terms: Standard lease term is 12 months. You are responsible for the full lease term once signed. Renter's Insurance: We do not require renter's insurance but highly encourage all tenants to get coverage. Utilities & Yard Care: Tenants are responsible for all utilities and must have services turned on and in their name before moving in. Tenants are also responsible for regular yard maintenance: mowing, edging, weeding flower beds, etc. Pest Control: Please report any pest issues within the first 3 days of moving in so we can address them. Ongoing pest prevention is your responsibility after that, including insects, rodents, etc. Pets: We allow up to 2 approved pets. Must have prior approval before getting any pets if pets are not documented at the time of move in. Pet fee: $300 per pet at move-in. Monthly rent per pet is $35/month per pet.
