Tenant(s) is not to install any appliance, shelving, or any other device without written consent of landlord. Landlord, at his option, may require Tenant(s), before expiration of the lease terms, to return the Property to its condition before the installation, wholly at Tenant's expense. If Tenant(s) fails to comply with this provision, Tenant(s) will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the property to its earlier condition. 10.
