My name is Daniel and I am 23-years-old and currently in the process of starting my career while taking evening courses part-time at MSU. I am currently living alone in a 2600 sq ft home in Shaftsburg which is about a 15 minute drive from East Lansing/Okemos/Michigan State off I-69 East (Woodbury Rd., Exit 98, toward Laingsburg). The home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and I am looking to fill all three vacant bedrooms. Rent for the two smaller bedrooms is $350 and the larger bedroom is $500 per month. All three of the bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home along with a full bathroom. There is a possibility that two individuals could rent out the entire upper floor for a discounted price.Rent includes all utilities except for cable and internet. I currently have a dish package which is $45/month. I am current using my Verizon hotspot as my primary internet; however, I wouldn’t mind paying my share for cable internet as well. The home includes a very nice LG washer and dryer set, two living room areas (one of which is furnished w/52” Samsung 1080p LCD TV and HD Surround Sound), full kitchen with great appliances, hot tub, two car garage, basement with extra freezer and refrigerator, cement driveway, large back yard (approximately one acre) and plenty of additional storage and closet space. I have a dog named Snoopy who is a lab/terrier mix (40 lbs). I am willing to except all cats so long as he/she gets along with Snoopy. Dogs must be evaluated based on size, breed and compatibility with Snoopy. Time tables for leasing agreements are flexible. So if you’re looking short or long term we can negotiate accordingly.
