I gutted the kitchen and am starting over with brand new high end cabinets and stainless steel and granite. The entire house is being re-wired and re-plumbed, it's going to be brand new, done to code with all proper permits pulled. I anticipate that the home will be gorgeous when finished. I purchased the home as an investment. I am a Richfield resident and have an interest in keeping the neighborhood healthy.
