This location is about a 13 minute walk to the Takoma Park metro and commercial area and just a couple of blocks from the Takoma Pool and Rec. Center and many parks. Lots of new things in the Parks development (former Walter Reed), including Whole Foods. The only downside is no central air but we provide plenty of large window AC units to keep you cool.

Landlord will pass on monthly water bills with a grace period for reimbursement. Ample street parking is available.
