This spacious 750 square foot private guest suite is the back half of our 1906 bungalow home in a historic downtown neighborhood. The newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath guest suite can accommodate up to 4 people and has its own separate, private entrance from the main house where we live. The guest suite features a modern open floor plan with ample natural lighting and modern appliances. The unit is fully furnished and we provide all the amenities you'll need. We also include a complementary cleaning and linen change every 14-days, so you can focus on your visit whether it's for work or play. You'll have exclusive use of the guest suite and shared access to our relaxing back yard pergola, patio furniture, and barbecue. Laundry facilities are shared with us and we provide all laundry supplies as well. We love our neighborhood for its safe, central location to Old Town and the Downtown Core. Our home is walking distance to many great restaurants, breweries, parks, Rio Grande trails, and other attractions. We take pride in our home and in being your host. We are just a few minutes drive from I-40, I-25, and 10 - 15 minutes from the airport. EXTRA GUESTS - Space accommodates up to four people. Extra fees may apply. NO PARTIES - Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed (unless previously agreed upon, in writing, at the time of booking/lease). Please mention if you plan to have guests over who are not included in your reservation. QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please be respectful. PET FEE - Small dogs (under 30 lbs) are allowed on a case-by-case basis (unfortunately, we cannot accept cats). Please let us know BEFORE booking if you plan to bring a pet. A $500 refundable pet deposit is required (see lease) and $50 will be added to your monthly lease for the additional inside cleaning so that we can ensure the space is kept thoroughly cleaned for future guests who may have allergies. DOWNTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD - Our neighborhood is safe, friendly, and welcoming. Still it is located in an urban setting which includes occasional traffic and pedestrian noise typical of city life. PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature. ROKU enabled TV. Log-in to your streaming accounts (NETFLIX, Disney, Apple+, MAX, HULU, etc) or watch live TV through the ROKU channel offerings.
