This house is located in a beautiful part of town and is one block from South Park Elementary and 10 minutes from MACC. The living areas are spacious and well lit during the day. There is a front yard as well as a reasonably large back yard that has privacy fence on the left side. It is a shared driveway that is bordered by lilies. There is a full basement where the washer and dryer hook ups are as well as an attic that is half finished. The finished half of the attic is the master bedroom and is the largest room. The master bedroom requires an ac unit during the hot months and one can be provided for $10 extra for each month it is being used. The other two bedrooms are on the main level and are a little small because this house was built in the 20's. The kitchen is large and has ample cabinet space as well as a fridge, oven and dishwasher. A microwave can be provided at no extra cost. Gas is an average of $150 per month which the tenant will be responsible for. Water is an average of 35-50$ per month depending on use and is not included. Internet is included in the rent price and is Charter Spectrum. Pets are ok with a flat fee of $300 refundable deposit, provided that there is no pet related damage upon move out. Max of three pets unless otherwise approved by me. No pet rent.
