Property is still rented until end of July. Please do not disturb current tenants. I will have a showing Sunday August 2nd. The house has 2 living rooms and an office that has been used as a very small bedroom currently. If you are interested please email me and I can send the application and set up a time that Sunday the 2nd to see the property. All applicants will have a background and credit check ran. Pets are allowed, but tenants without pets will be favored. Lease will be 12 months with a 12 month renewal option a month prior to lease end. All electricity, trash, gas, water, phone, and TV fees will be paid by renter. The front yard and back yard will be maintained by tenant to it's current state on move in. Smoking only allowed outdoors.
