Hi Everyone, Are you the tenant we are looking for? We are ready to rent out our Annex, 500sq feet plus one large fenced in garden and a front patio on our 20 acre farm in Accord NY. The Annex is attached to our barn, very private with views of our farm. The Annex has its own private fenced in back yard, separate entrance, is very well lid and is ready to live in. It has a full kitchen and bathroom with a steam shower. The Annex is currently furnished, but could be rented unfurnished if needed. All utilities are included (has great wifi), possibility to farm/share the green house and garden. There is a trail that goes along the property, with a small swimming hole and a shared fire pit to make that perfect s'more. Very secure location, animals are welcome. We are within walking distance of the Accord market and post office, 10 minutes from Minnewaska & Mohonk, supermarkets and restaurants.
