What we love & will miss about our home: 1.The main reason we bought this house was the amount of natural sun that filled the home. 2. The house was a two minute walk to the train, no parking permit monthly cost as I travel to New York City for work. 3. Walk to Fitness, Whole Foods, Staples Plaza, Home Depot, CVS - made it very convenient. 4. Proximity to BJs was also a plus. 5. All our three kids (until the youngest was age 7 and eldest was age 13) were raised in this house, the basement was their recreation area which was terrific particularly in the winter 6. Low taxes and utility bill bills made it budget friendly. 7. We took it care of the house but at the same time the house has been built very well and did not require much maintenance. 8. In this location we rarely had any power outages issue compared to other parts of the town while we were living there. 9. The house did not overwhelm us with daily maintenance as we brought up our three kids. My wife and I both worked during our most busy years. 10. The school bus stop was right in front of our house which was very convenient and safe. 11. Our kids made great friends in the neighborhood 12. Bedroom on the main floor with the standing shower made it very convenient for her elderly parents and guests. 13. Huge space in the backyard was a plus for birthday parties and get-togethers. 14.
