Outdoor deck surrounding 1/2 house. Older home in fair condition, full basement, partitioned, but not finished. Laundry room, wood stove, work room in basement. 6x8 metal shed. New septic system. Part of yard fenced. Home will be sold as is. Washer and dryer can be provided. All appliances do work although are older models. Home needs a good cleaning top to bottom. No major repairs that we are aware of. Yard needs to be cleaned and cleared.I have access to interior pictures that are from 2009 when the home was originally listed for sale. Home no longer has carpeting but light oak laminate. My husband is disabled and unable to keep up property or home any longer.
