Great apartment only 1 mile from PSU campus. Easy to walk, and super close to a dedicated walk/bicycle path. This is a 2nd floor corner apartment, with very little neighbor noise! Additionally, it has a balcony that opens up to a super relaxing and cozy small patch of woods. I've been here for 3 year and its one of the best apartments that is still close to campus. Moving cross country and sadly have to get rid of it. Feel free to ask any questions, and I am happy to give in person tours. Apologies for the mess in the photos, in the process of moving! Will be out October 25, 2025 and this apartment will be available then! Most of the furniture in the photos is available to stay if you would like! The couch you can have for free (old, but very comfy) and some of the shelves I would only ask for about $5 a piece if you want to keep them. This is an official sub-lease until July 31st 2026. You, the sub-leasing party need to submit an application with the property manager (Nittany Property Management) for $50. If you are a student, you will need a notarized parental guaranty. If you're a professional, you'll need proof of income. This is pretty easy and only took about 1 day to get approved when I originally applied. In addition, there is a $275 sublet fee that will be paid by you (the new subleasing party). As part of Nittany Property's subleasing party, they transfer the lease "as-is" and you can note any pre-existing damages you want recorded for future reference.
