Its a very big house on the inside. Very spacious, would make a great family home. Wonderful neighborhood, also very quiet at night. Comes with a two car garage as well. The garage door is missing sadly but can be replaced the system for the garage door is still intact. only major problem for this home is a sewage line is broken in one place. So the basement will sometimes flood. Other than that the house has a great roof, So does the garage. Foundation is fine except for in one spot in the basement below a small window. Which is an easy fix with a few bricks an concrete. I've owned the house for roughly 4 years an purchased it on an online auction. The furnace didn't work or the hot water heater. I've gotten those both fixed. Bought a brand new water heater late 2020. Works like a charm. The house is in need of so elbow grease but nothing major.
