The decks each enjoy a terrific vantage point for enjoying the amazing show of nature and activity on Lake Morse. The lower floor is a lakefront walk-out 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, studio apartment with a kitchen. Walk or swim to the classic Boat House Grill. Pets can be considered on a case-by-case and subject to a fee. This home is located within 30 minutes of Indianapolis and only 20 minutes from Grand Park for all of the games, events, and attractions. You can even catch a game at Notre Dame, it's only 2 hours away. All Utilities included. $3500 per month plus taxes, $280 cleaning fee and $950 refundable security deposit. Pets, if approved, would have an additional security deposit. Boat Lift not included with rental. If approved for use, an additional deposit would apply. Smoking allowed outside only. No parties allowed without prior approval. The cancellation policy is as follows: You may cancel up to 60 days prior to arrival. In that event, 75% of your deposit will be refunded to you. When cancelling occurs within 60 days of arrival, ALL FUNDS are NON-REFUNDABLE up to the full amount due. However, in the event that payment has been received IN FULL prior to cancellation, funds held for Taxes, Cleaning and Deposit shall be fully refunded. "Change of Date" requests will be adjusted, when possible, a fee may apply. NOTICE TO SAFETY! Guests and their visitors specifically acknowledge there are inherent risks in a waterfront environment which include, but are not limited to, the following: The side canal by the end of the ramp must not be approached. This area is always extremely slippery and dangerous. Injury is likely to occur to anyone stepping into the water from this area. Large rocks are present in the water all along the seawall and can present a danger. If the dock ladder is left in the lake overnight, it will become slippery. Please raise it when not in use. Neither the boat, (if present), or boat lift is included in this rental. Climbing on the lift is dangerous. Do not attempt to raise or lower the lift. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the lift. The balcony deck rails must never be climbed upon! Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
