Owners at Cape Island Resort in the VIP section have access to 2 pools, 2 laundry facilities, a club house with a game room and arcade, a shuffle board court, mini golf, volleyball court, a picnic pavilion, softball field, a convenience store and ice cream store. The resort offers weekly activities for you enjoyment. This resort is a gated community with 24 hour security guards. It is a 15 minute drive from both Historic Cape May with it's many beaches, restaurants, shopping and Victorian architecture and Wildwood with it's beaches and amusement parks. Your annual $7,200 fee includes water, sewer, trash and recycling. You don't own the land so there are no property taxes! The resort is open from May 1st until October 31st. This mobile home is being offered furnished with a few personal exceptions (see agent remarks). This home can only be shown Monday through Friday from 9am till 3pm.
