We have installed new front and back doors and storm doors on the house along with new storm windows on the front. All of the ceiling fans and most of the light fixtures have been replaced. The flooring in both bathrooms and the kitchen is brand new, as is the range hood, the gas wall heater, the kitchen faucet w/sprayer, the handheld shower head in the downstairs bathroom and all of the doorknobs. There are new porch lights on the front porch and the back deck. It is also newly painted throughout the interior.
