I am subleasing my room in a shared 2 bth at The Village at Colbert Park for Spring Semester (January 2015 -- July 2015) with official sublease. My current roommate will be remaining in the apartment for the semester. January rent has been PAID with rent at $584/mo due starting February 1st. I will also cover the $250 apartment subleasing fee. Rent includes cable TV, internet, water, parking, and renter's insurance. Fully furnished including washer/dryer, dishwasher and walk in closet. Sublet will also have access to clubhouse facility (with tanning, gym, study rooms, and free printing) and pool. Several shuttles run back and forth to campus on weekdays and weekend nights and is only a 10-minute ride, complex also sits on a bus line. Complex is within 5 minutes driving distance of Walmart and Scnuck's (grocery), and CVS drugstore. Apartment is available as soon as January 15th (or sooner if need be).
