What the owner loves about this home
I love the neighbors, the extensive cabinets in the laundry room, and the wonderful feel of the huge yard. A neighbor mows the lawn for $30 each time. I enjoy having gates on both side yards since it is so large. I enjoy being close to major roads and highways-but still being in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Because of the hill and fence, no one can see into my yard or house and I like the privacy.
