The upstairs has four bedrooms, one of which is a huge master with two walk-in closets and a large master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, two separate sink-vanities and a good sized bathtub. The other three bedrooms vary in size. The upstairs also has a bathroom in the hallway. The upstairs in completely carpeted. The downstairs in completely ceramic tiled. It contains a kitchen with a large island and eating nuke. The adults are nice and try to keep each other well informed about changes in the area. It is like a small close community down here at the end of the street where the neighborhood ends. There is no through traffic because my house is the third from the end of the street. The hospital is literally right down the street for easy access and the Live Oak Police Department frequently patrol the neighborhood.
