PRICE REDUCED to $240,000 ($230,000 for cash) A lot of improvements have been done in the last few months and I don't know how to let Zillow know. The house now has new ceramic tile floors throughout and new solid wooden cabinets and new countertops in the kitchen, in both bathrooms and in the laundry room. It has beautiful stainless steel appliances and new paint from top to bottom inside and out and even a new bathtub in one bathroom. It is looking good. I will try to get the pictures to stick on here. ....My son and his family have lived in this home for the last four and a half years. His dad and I helped him get the house and are co-owners, but I have never lived in it. It was a repo home and has had a lot of things done to it. It is a great location near a wonderful school, it now has GOOD WATER and the rather large pool has been refinished in little light blue pebbles with a cage over it. It has lots of elbow room .... 2/3 of an acre (part of it fenced) .... The living area is a wide open area .... I will try to get some pictures to put on here. Rumor has it that there will be a new shopping center, hospital, etc. going in just a little North of here which should make things even handier. There is an air-cleaner thing on the furnace and a/c if you have breathing troubles. All in all it has great potential. I didn't fill in all the boxes as I am not sure what all it has in it.
