The second bedroom features a custom triple bunk, make-up station, and en-suite bathroom. The townhouse includes free parking and is fully stocked for entertaining. Nashville is a ride-share friendly city with both Uber and Lyft available, with typical wait times usually under 5 minutes. The property is centrally located, providing easy access to Nashville's vibrant attractions, dining, and cultural experiences. There is absolutely no smoking indoors and no parties allowed. The person who booked and paid for the reservation must be the primary guest and stay during the entire reservation. The primary registered guest must be a minimum of 21 years of age to book the reservation and meet the verification requirements. A separate e-signed rental agreement is required to finalize the reservation and grant access to the home. The property uses contactless check-in and check-out, and you will be able to self-check-in upon arrival with a digital lock and unique code emailed to you prior to check-in. Note that the main door to the building and the garage security gate have different codes, which will be included in the email sent two days before check-in.
