The property is a gorgeous four bedroom, four bathroom property where you will have access to multiple covered decks, a ground level seating area, and an outdoor shower! There is a public beach access at the end of the street. The shaded patio area underneath the carport has patio seating and is located directly in front of the ground floor suite. The ground level has easy access without having to travel up any steps. It is equipped with a King bedroom, full bathroom with shower/ tub combo, living room and small wet bar with a microwave and mini fridge. As you make your way up the staircase to the main level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and lovely living area with deck access. The living/ dining area has intricate cultural decor spread all around. This level also has a bedroom with a bunk bed with a Twin over Full and small ladder staircase to reach the top bunk. The full bathroom on this level has a shower/ tub combo. The third floor boasts the final two bedrooms with a Queen bed and a King bed. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The King bedroom is very spacious and has a beautiful tufted, upholstered headboard. The Queen bedroom has access to the covered deck. Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1Pyramid Bunk (Twin/ Full) Parking: Parking for three cars in driveway. Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a nonrefundable fee of $400. Maximum of 2 pets. Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV's, Boats, Charging Golf Carts Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited.
