This is not a house rental, it is only the basement. About the Basement: The basement is finished, it has 2 bedrooms, private full bath, and private living room. There is not a private entrance to the basement, so it will need to be accessed through the main house. The basement is not furnished and does not have a kitchen. The house kitchen is shared but I do a lot of cooking, so its a better situation for someone who does minimal or easy and quick cooking. The laundry room is in the basement, I need access once a week to do my laundry, other than that this is your own space. Rent is 1200. I am a bit flexible on the rent if I found the perfect person. 1 small dog (no more than 15 lbs) welcome (pending successful dog meet). There will be a pet deposit required. I am a 30 something female, looking for 1 or 2 roommates, (preferably one) to rent the basement in my house. I am a relaxed and outgoing person, who is looking for someone with a similar demeanor. Rent is month to month and 1200 deposit.
