My unit is AWESOME with Dark Laminate Wood Flooring, 12Foot Ceilings, Granite Counter Tops, Stainless steel Appliances, Tile floor, and ETC.. (SEE THE PICS FOR YOURSELF).. I have ALL IN ONE WASHER AND DRYER TOO!! If you don't like what I have then we have coin operated downstairs.. I have a Nest thermostat, with Wireless security camera in unit. AVAILABLE TO MOVE IN September 15th, 2017 or Around Oct. 1st. **Great thing about my UNIT is that it has parking included, but its a tight spot. Amenities: *POOL TABLE *Small Fitness room *3 Coin Washers and 3 Dryers *Business/Computer Room *Storage locker If you are interested in my place I am requesting the following things: 1) Application (job history, phone numbers, and etc.) - I would like Details and stable Job History! 2) Lease Options 1yr or 2yrs (open and negotiable) 3) Security Deposit 1 month - Will be returned upon clean, no damage and etc. I apologize but I do NOT want any SMOKERS.
